Let's address the sparkling elephant in the room.

Cubic Zirconia (CZ) is a man-made gemstone material widely used as an affordable alternative to Diamond. It has plenty of sparkle and makes a particularly lovely partner for Pearl in a design like this.

It is not Diamond — and I don't pretend that it is. I rather like being honest about what I'm selling. CZ has its own place in jewellery, allowing you to enjoy beautiful brilliance without the Diamond-sized price tag.

Because, really, why should sparkle be reserved for the financially reckless?

🤍 And About That Pearl...

A little Pearl care is important because Pearls are considerably softer and more delicate than many other gemstones.

Pearls are porous and can be affected by chemicals, heat and abrasion, so please keep this pendant away from perfumes, bleach, ammonia and harsh cleaning products. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner on Pearl jewellery.

I recommend gently wiping the pendant with a soft cloth after wearing. If your Pearl needs a more thorough clean, mild soapy water can be used occasionally, followed by gentle natural drying.

Don't store Pearls in an airtight container. They prefer a soft pouch or lined jewellery box, where they can avoid being scratched by other jewellery.

And, interestingly, Pearls actually like being worn — your body's natural oils can help keep them looking their best. So don't consign this beauty to the back of a jewellery box for twenty years. Let it out occasionally. It has places to go.
