There are some rings that quietly sit on your finger looking pretty. And then some rings turn up and say, “Hello, I have Diamonds. Lots of them. You may admire me now.”

This is very much the latter.

I absolutely adore this Diamond half eternity band, handmade in London, because it manages to be both beautifully elegant and gloriously sparkly without becoming the jewellery equivalent of Liberace's dressing room.

The design features a full half-circle of clear, pavé-set natural Diamonds, arranged in three beautifully tessellated rows around approximately 50% of the ring's circumference. The clever setting allows the Diamonds to fit together seamlessly, giving excellent finger coverage and making the most of every tiny flash of light.

And honestly? The sparkle is rather fabulous.

The Diamonds are G colour and VS clarity, so we're talking excellent-quality stones with plenty of flash and fire. The total Diamond weight is 0.52ct - 0.56ct, with the finished band measuring approximately 3mm wide.

It is absolutely gorgeous worn on its own, but this is also one of those wonderfully versatile rings that plays nicely with others. Wear it alongside an engagement ring, wedding ring or other stackable bands for that effortlessly layered look. Or let it have the limelight all to itself. I won't judge.

✨ Why a Half Eternity Ring?

A half eternity gives you that glorious wall of Diamond sparkle across the visible part of the finger, whilst keeping the underside of the band practical for everyday wear.

It makes a particularly beautiful wedding ring, anniversary ring, eternity ring or stacking band, and because the Diamonds cover three rows rather than simply forming a single line, the effect is considerably more substantial than the delicate 3mm width might suggest.

In other words: small footprint, enormous sparkle.

The tessellated arrangement is particularly clever because the Diamonds sit closely together to maximise the visible sparkle and create beautifully continuous finger coverage.

This is the sort of ring that catches the light when you're doing absolutely nothing important – making a cup of tea, reaching for your phone, waving dramatically at someone in the supermarket – which, frankly, is exactly what I want from my jewellery.

👑 A Little Bit About Platinum

If you choose the Platinum version, you're choosing one of the most prestigious jewellery metals around.

Platinum is approximately a third heavier than 18ct Gold and is exceptionally rare. There is a rather wonderful old comparison that if all the world's Platinum were gathered together and poured into an Olympic swimming pool, it wouldn't even cover your ankles.

King Louis XV of France was sufficiently impressed by its rarity that he declared Platinum the only metal fit for a king.

I mean, who am I to argue with a French king?

One thing worth knowing: Platinum naturally develops a patina with wear. This is made up of tiny surface scratches and gives the metal a softer, more matte appearance over time. Some people prefer Platinum brand-new and highly polished; others adore that beautifully lived-in patina. Both are entirely legitimate jewellery personalities.

Simply pay a 25–50% deposit, then take up to six months to pay the remaining balance.

You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments, so you can arrange the payment schedule around your own circumstances.
