SILVER CELTIC BAND WITH ENAMEL

A lovely Celtic band in silver, with black enamel to add emphasis to the intricate design. Made in Northern Ireland, this band is available in sizes R-Z+2. 

Celtic knotwork originates from Norse influences during the occupation of the Western Isles from the late 800s-1300s, though there is some evidence of Roman knotwork, obviously predating this. Today Celtic art is popularly thought of in terms of national identity and therefore specifically Irish, Scottish or Welsh.
