9CT GOLD FLAT BAND OPEN TOE RING
This gorgeous 9ct Gold flat band toe ring is one of the prettiest I've seen. With a rich and alluring yellow Gold complexion, this ring is absolutely charming.
The ring bears a full set of British hallmarks. At 1.3 grams it's a ring you can almost forget you have it on yet it has a wonderful feeling of quality and luxury. It really is one of the finest toe rings or midi rings I've come across.
As toe or midi rings go this one is quite wide. At 5.5mm it does command a presence and looks great worn alone or stacked.
If you are looking for toe rings attached to anklets, please contact me; these pieces are made by commission.
A toe ring is a ring made out of metals and non-metals worn on any of the toes. In most western countries they are a relatively new fashion accessory and typically have no symbolic meaning. Like finger rings, toe rings come in many shapes and forms, from intricately designed flowers embedded with jewels to simple bands.
Whereas most metals are grey or silvery white, gold is slightly reddish-yellow. Common coloured gold alloys include the distinctive eighteen-karat Rose Gold created by the addition of copper. Alloys containing palladium are also important in commercial jewellery as these produce White Gold alloys. Fourteen- and eighteen-karat Gold alloys with Silver alone appear greenish-yellow and are referred to as Green Gold. Less commonly, the addition of manganese, aluminium, indium and other elements can produce more unusual colours of gold for various applications.
