ROSE GOLD VERMEIL CUBIC ZIRCONIA HALO RING

This stunning cubic zirconia ring is Rose Gold plated Sterling Silver. The round stone is a pink cabochon cubic zirconia also, resembling a pink Moonstone. The halo sparkles like real diamonds. It is marked 925 for sterling, and is available in sizes J-L. For sizes outside this range please contact me.

Vermeil is the name given to Gold-plated Silver.  Depending on how the jewellery is cared for and what chemicals and elements it comes in contact  with, Vermeil should retain its golden look for several years. However, over time, as with all plating, eventually the coating will begin to wear  and the Silver underneath will be seen. Although you will be left with what is still a precious metal item, if you wish to preserve the plating, avoid household detergents, particularly chlorine which can be present in tap water; remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering. It is a simple matter to have items re-plated.
