This beautifully crafted handmade Sterling Silver circle necklace is not one of those timid little necklaces that sit quietly against your chest, hoping nobody notices them. Oh no. This one has presence. It features two different sizes of textured Silver circles, creating a chunky, tactile design that catches the light beautifully and gives the necklace that satisfying bit of weight you want from a proper statement piece.

I absolutely love jewellery that can transform an otherwise perfectly respectable but slightly dull outfit, and this is spectacularly good at it. Put it over a plain T-shirt, a simple jumper, a crisp white shirt or your favourite little black dress and suddenly the outfit has acquired a personality. Jewellery Care – Looking After Your Sterling Silver

Sterling Silver is wonderfully durable, but it can naturally tarnish when exposed to air, moisture and chemicals. This is perfectly normal and doesn't mean your necklace has suddenly developed an attitude problem.

I recommend removing your Silver necklace before swimming, bathing, showering, exercising and sleeping where practical. Perfume, hairspray, creams, cosmetics, chlorine and household cleaning products are best kept away from your jewellery too.

When you're not wearing it, store the necklace individually in a soft jewellery pouch or a jewellery box with compartments, away from direct sunlight and from harder gemstones or jewellery that could scratch the Silver.

If tarnishing does occur, a good quality Silver polishing cloth can usually bring back the shine beautifully. Just be a little gentle with the textured finish — we're polishing the jewellery, not sanding down the side of a boat.
