If you're wondering what that little 375 means, it's the British/European fineness mark for 9ct Gold.
It means the metal contains 37.5% pure Gold, with the remaining metal made up of other alloys that give 9ct Gold its strength and durability.
So this isn't Gold-plated, gold-filled, or Gold-coloured jewellery pretending to be something else.
It is genuine 9ct Yellow Gold.
